TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Pincode Technologies ("Pincode", "we", "us") and the User/Merchant ("you") accessing or using our Services.
1. Definitions
- “Merchant Account” — An account created for the purpose of payment acceptance and wallet transactions.
- “Wallet” — The virtual merchant wallet maintained by Pincode for receipt and transfer of funds.
- “Services” — Payment aggregation, wallet services, API access, settlements, and related offerings.
- “Chargeback” — A disputed or reversed transaction initiated by a payment network or user.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to contract
- Provide complete KYC documentation
- Operate a legitimate business not barred by Pakistani law
3. Account Registration
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Not impersonate or misrepresent your business
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Scope of Services
Pincode provides:
- Unified payment acceptance
- Merchant wallet operations
- API integration
- Settlements & payouts
- Risk and fraud checks
- Dispute handling
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service component.
5. Fees
Fees include:
- Transaction processing fee
- Settlement charges (if applicable)
- API usage fee (for enterprise users)
Fees may be revised with prior notice (digital or otherwise).
6. Prohibited Use
Merchants shall not:
- Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Process transactions for illegal or unauthorized goods
- Use third-party or forged documents
- Attempt to bypass settlement or risk systems
- Launder funds or engage in terrorist financing
- Misrepresent transaction purpose
7. Settlements
- Settlement timelines depend on bank/wallet partners
- Pincode may hold funds in cases of:
- High-risk patterns
- Chargebacks
- Regulatory requests
- Suspicious activities
Interest does not accrue on wallet balances.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
- Freeze amounts under investigation (temporary)
- Request supporting documents
- Reverse or adjust transactions
Final determination lies with the payment network or Pincode following investigation.
9. Account Suspension/Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of Terms
- Incomplete or fraudulent KYC
- Excessive disputes
- Non-compliance with law enforcement agencies
- Misuse of platform
Users may request voluntary closure subject to regulatory blocks.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pincode is not liable for:
- Downtime caused by third-party networks
- Bank delays or system outages
- Merchant negligence
- Financial loss due to misuse of account
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 90 days.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts of Islamabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
